These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Cinch at https://app.cinch.work and related websites, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Service"). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed through connected third-party sign-in providers, Personal Access Tokens, API clients, or automation tools you authorize.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, violates these Terms, creates security risk, or is used in a way that may harm the Service or other users.

The Service lets users create organizations, projects, tasks, comments, attachments, notifications, and related workspace content. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, subject to any rights held by your organization or other contributors.

You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise operate the Service for you and your organization. Organization administrators may manage members, permissions, projects, and organization data according to the Service features available to them.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access
• Interfering with the availability, integrity, or security of the Service
• Using the Service to send spam, phishing, or abusive communications
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing usage limits except where permitted by law
• Submitting content you do not have the right to use or share

The Service may support third-party authentication and integrations, including Google, Apple, Slack, email providers, storage providers, hosting providers, and API clients. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we use them as needed to provide authentication, hosting, communications, storage, integrations, and related functionality.

If you create API credentials or Personal Access Tokens, you are responsible for storing them securely and revoking them when no longer needed. You may not use API access to overload the Service, bypass access controls, or access data outside the scopes and permissions granted to your account.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described there.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fearless Future will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
